We strive to offer you a seamless shopping experience, but if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return and Refund Policy below.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:

You have received a damaged or defective product.

You have received the wrong product.
To be eligible for a return:

You must initiate a return request within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- A clear unboxing video from the moment of opening the package must be provided as proof.
(Without an unboxing video, return or refund requests will not be entertained.) -
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
Note:
Products that have been used, altered, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for return or refund.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

Email us at care@acordell.com with your order number, clear photographs of the product(s), and the reason for return.

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–3 business days.

If approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup, or you may be required to ship the product back to us, depending on your location.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

We will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Important:

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), you may be asked to provide bank account details for the refund process.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including:

Products purchased during sales, promotions, or with discount coupons.

Personalized or customized items.

Products that have been used, damaged due to improper handling, or returned without original packaging.
Order Cancellations

All Sales Are Final – Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified for any reason.

Why This Policy? – To ensure the fastest possible processing and delivery of your luxury fragrances, our system immediately begins preparing orders after payment is completed.
Damages and Issues
- Please inspect your order upon delivery.
- If you notice any issues such as damage, defects, or wrong items received, contact us within 24 hours with un-cut video as evidence.
- We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund based on the situation.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, you may initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
