Order Processing
- All orders placed on acordell.com are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout to avoid delays.
Delivery Timeframe
- Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- Some remote areas or unforeseen circumstances (such as weather disruptions or public holidays) may lead to slight delays.
- Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
We work with reliable courier partners to ensure your products reach you safely and promptly.
Shipping Charges
- We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India for all orders above ₹999.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal service fee may apply. This fee will be displayed during checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for select pin codes across India.
- Please ensure someone is available to collect the order and make payment at the time of delivery.
Note: Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in suspension of COD facility for future purchases.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking information.
- You can track your shipment directly through the courier’s website using the provided tracking ID.
Delivery Issues
- In case of any issues such as delays, missing shipments, or damaged goods, please contact us immediately at care@acordell.com with your order number.
- If the product is returned to us due to non-availability at your address or incorrect details, re-shipping charges may apply.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India.
We are working on expanding our delivery network internationally in the future.
